Meet Muji O.

I’m Mujibat Okwilague, born and raised in Edo state, Nigeria. I am a second-year student, studying international relations at the University of Birmingham. I am interested in culture, writing and music.

International Relations isn’t a course I’ve always wanted to study but studying it has given me the chance to explore a number of modules in humanities. It has given me insights into history, politics and political economy. I would highly recommend this course to individuals who are keen on learning about international affairs and aspire to be diplomats.

I am interested in culture because of the diversity of where I'm from, so studying in the UK has given me the opportunity to experience other cultures.  My family is my inspiration, and their hard work motivates and drives me to succeed. My aspiration is to be a good role model to others.
